An intimate assembly of highly motivated, talented, and intelligent Black women recognized the absence of a Boston-based organization offering young Black women the necessary resources and support to help them realize their full potential.
As a result, in 2005, The Young Black Women’s Society, Inc. was born.
We believe in motivating and empowering our members to realize their fullest potential, and to lift other young black women with us as we climb to the highest heights!
