As a member, you will be welcomed into an intimate group of women who have come together for common purpose: to serve within a passionate organization that believes in integrity, commitment, accountability, fun, celebrating successes and community building.

We support our members’ personal and professional growth and continually empower them to affect change within the community and within themselves. We also work to promote the talents, professional skills and aspirations of our members internally and externally. With over 70 members, it’s important for us to maintain an intimate network and we do this through members-only programming. Members-only programming allows YBWS women to make personal connections, achieve balance in their lives and explore their individual growth plans.
